It’s the perfect spot to relax—whether you want to soak up the sun, admire the city’s timeless beauty, or simply enjoy a quiet moment with a cigarette in hand. Up here, Venice feels even more enchanting, as if the city is whispering just for you.

The Garden in the Yard

Welcome to our secret corner of tranquility on the ground floor—a charming communal garden tucked away within the B&B. Here, time slows down amid vibrant plants, blooming shrubs, and delicate Japanese maples.

This intimate garden invites guests to relax, enjoy a coffee, or lose themselves in a book under the shade of nature’s beauty. A stone table made from volcanic rock from Vesuvius, surrounded by comfortable chairs on weathered stone tiles, provides the perfect spot for a quiet morning or peaceful evening.

BBVenezia is nestled in the peaceful, green heart of the Sant’Elena pinewood—a quiet residential area just a 20-minute scenic walk from the iconic San Marco Square, along one of the most breathtaking routes in the world.

We’re always happy to assist with any questions or requests. Here are some useful tips to help make your stay even more enjoyable:

Pharmacy: Just 50 meters down Viale IV Novembre.
Convenience Shop & Tobacconist: 50 meters up the same street, where you can also buy waterbus tickets.
Food & Drinks: Enjoy a cocktail or gelato at the bar right in front of us, or explore nearby restaurants and cafés by heading left.
Waterbus: The Sant’Elena stop is just minutes away, with connections to San Marco, Piazzale Roma, the Lido, and Murano. Line 2 (summer only) departs from Giardini, only 5 minutes away. Ask us anytime for schedules or route advice.
WiFi: Fast and reliable throughout the property for all your devices.
Shopping: Supermarkets and local groceries are nearby in Via Garibaldi and on the Lido.
Rooftop Terrace: Our “altana” offers the perfect spot for sunbathing or simply enjoying the stunning views.
Independence & Freedom: Each room is fully private with your own keys—no curfew, just comfort and flexibility.

Guest Guidelines for a Comfortable Stay

As our valued guest, we kindly ask you to follow a few simple guidelines to ensure a pleasant and comfortable stay for everyone:

a) No Smoking: Our property is strictly non-smoking. If you wish to smoke, please use the balcony, the garden at ground level, or the rooftop terrace.

b) Breakfast: A self-service continental breakfast is available daily from 8:00 to 10:00 am in the Breakfast Room overlooking the beautiful Sant’Elena pinewood. You’ll find coffee, tea, milk, hot chocolate, juice, cereals, snack cakes, butter, marmalade, bread, rusks, cheese, and sliced salami. Please inform us of any special dietary needs — we’ll be happy to accommodate you.

c) Linen and Towels: For stays longer than four days, linen and towels are refreshed on the third day. If you need an earlier change, just ask.

d) Check-in and Check-out: Check-in is from 1:00 pm to 11:00 pm, and check-out is by 10:00 am. Early arrivals or late departures? We’re happy to store your luggage.
