Our location is really favourable for visiting Venice quietly. BBvenezia
is situated
in the
city's residential area, in the
greenery of the Sant’Elena pine-wood.
San Marco is easily reachable on foot in 20 minutes, by walking down one of the nicest and most panoramic views in the world. Lazy people ;-) can catch the waterbus at the nearest station -- Sant’Elena. It takes less than 10 minutes to reach the S. Zaccaria stop.
The Biennale gardens are just in front of the building. All you need to do is cross the bridge and walk for a few dozen meters.
The Lido, its beaches and the International Show of Cinematographic Art are easily reachable by boat in just 5 minutes. Line # 41 will take you in less than half an hour directly to Murano for your brittle purchases.
The most
characteristic sites usually hidden
from
the common
tourist are
easily accessible
from
S.Elena:
the Basilica of San Pietro di Castello, via Garibaldi, l’Arsenale,
the church of San Giuseppe, all the small and narrow streets (Calli) and squares
(Campielli) that intersect and make you relive a reality belonging to the
1800’s. You will not feel as
though you are in the tourist area in the
centre
of the city.

The nearest pharmacy is 50 meters away down Viale IV novembre.

A
convenience shop ("tabacconist’s")
is located
just outside the building.

For a cocktail or
ice-cream we suggest the bar in front of us, or
for a
full menu other alternative are
bar/restaurants
to the left
of the building.
4-
The
nearest boat station is S.Elena,
from where
you can
take all of
the lines to S.Marco/Piazzale Roma (#
1 - 42 - 52 - 62), to the Lido (#
1
- 51 - 61),
or to Murano (#
41). Line
# 82 (summer tourist line)
leaves from the Giardini boat
station (which is 5 minutes away).
The cost of the fare is Euro
6.50 (one way). A daily
ticket costs 12.00
and a 3-day one costs Euro
25.00. There are other
combinations according to your needs.

A switchboard has not been installed in the building; therefore to call

located in the area (we will gladly assist you with directions). To receive

Supermarkets and groceries
are located
in Viale Garibaldi as
well as on the main street
on Lido (Billa
supermarket). There are groceries,
bakeries and vegetable
markets
near
Sant’Elena.
7- On the top floor of the house there is a roof terrace which is ideal for getting a nice tan and for a good view of the area.

All our rooms are independent one by the other and completely separated.
At our place there aren't any "curfew", infact we provide a code to access the main door sothat you can be back at any time for a guarantee of a pleasant and comfortable stay.

As
our valued guest, we kindly ask that you follow some basic rules that will
ensure an enjoyable and comfortable experience for everyone at our place.
a)
This is
a non-smoking house (please make use of the
balcony or the
roof
terrace
if
necessary)
b) A self-service breakfast is available from 8 to 9.30 am in the kitchen, which has a very nice view over S.Elena's pine-wood. All you need to enjoy a continental breakfast will be placed on the kitchen counter or in the fridge: coffee maker (tea on request), milk, fruit juice or fruit (according to the season), cereal, croissants, butter and marmelade. Please ask for a different breakfast time if you need to leave early in the morning or for any other reason. We will do our best to meet your needs.
c) Linen and towels are changed on the third day, when your stay with us exceeds four days.
d) We prefer that our guests return by midnight, but should you need to return later an entrance code can be provided for your convenience.
e) Check-in is 12 am and the check-out time is at 11 am. We can look after your luggage if you need to arrive earlier or leave later.
g) Please note that we are only able to accept cash payments at this time.
